Alternative – Cold Turkey

You have decided to go Cold Turkey and well done for making that decision.  It may be a slow process although people have often stopped on a certain day and time and never picked up another cigarette again.  This could be and if so – well done! If you wish to do it slow and steady then this calculator allows you to keep track of the cigarettes you are removing and how many you have left. So use this feature and if you would like some help then you can come in for a session with Maureen or alternatively Maureen has created a program where the price may suit you better or you live too far away.  It is the  3 Week Quit Smoking Challenge so check this out and it may be exactly what you are wanting.

This is a full program with all the tools you will need to Quit Smoking including the self hypnosis audio.  However here is your opportunity to keep a check on the number of cigarettes you are removing each day.  There is a separate chart for Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3 plus the final one which is the Summary. So once you have signed up for the 3 Week Quit Smoking Challenge you will be provided with the tools so at any time you will be able to check the number outstanding.
