Most people do not eat between lunch and dinner and then they are starving hungry by the time they get home from work. Being hungry can also make us feel cranky and that is when arguments can start which we later regret.

There are over 4,000 toxins and poisons in every cigarette. Perhaps not huge amounts but over a period of time they do add up. The body has a blueprint of how it should be.
