Alternative – Cold Turkey

You have decided to go Cold Turkey and well done for making that decision.  It may be a slow process although people have often stopped on a certain day and time and never picked up another cigarette again.  This could be and if so – well done! If you wish to do it slow and steady then this calculator allows you to keep track of the cigarettes you are removing and how many you have left. So use this feature and if you would like some help then you can come in for a session with Maureen. Alternatively if your live outside of Brisbane then Maureen uses Zoom which is a very effective tool  assisting people to still access the Quit Smoking Hypnosis with Maureen. However here is your opportunity to keep a check on the number of cigarettes you are removing each day.  There is a separate chart for Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3 plus the final one which is the Summary. So once you have had your session with Maureen then have fun with this calculator. Enjoy!
