It is preferable for people to listen to this and the previous audio before coming in for their quit smoking session as it means they are well prepared. Most people have never experienced hypnosis before so it is a bit of a mystery. Listening to these two audio’s take some of that mystery and therefore the anticipation out of their session so they are able to relax more.

It is truly amazing after smoking for over 30 years I am no longer a slave to the smokes.
